Abstract
Abstract The concentration of solutions of aflatoxin standards is determined by UV absorbance measurement and the purity is determined by examination of developed 50 ng spots of the anatoxins on TLC plates. Results from three collaborative studies demonstrate the effectiveness of the method. This procedure should be employed each time solutions of anatoxins are prepared for use in quantitative analysis. The method is recommended for adoption as official first action.
