Abstract
A condensed-matter analog of (2+1)-dimensional electrodynamics is constructed, and the consequences of a recently discovered anomaly in such systems are discussed.Received 4 September 1984DOI:https://doi.org/10.1103/PhysRevLett.53.2449©1984 American Physical Society
